They are machineries designed for the purpose of washing materials completely. They are determined according to the size of the material to be washed, the amount of pollution, the purpose of washing and the desired capacity.

TEK-EL Fine Sand Screws meet the desired capacities with many different options. Our machineries, which provide sealing with new type drive systems, are designed with new sizes and capacities according to the needs.

It offers wear parts with polyurethane, rubber and Ni-Hard casting options according to the material used and optionally in the helices with the design of washing, separating and conveying the material in the most efficient way.

The bucket washer is designed with a large water tank that provides great flexibility in feed control and frequency. Such washers are quite effective at separating material from adhesives such as dust, mud and clay, while regaining extra-fine materials starting from 200 μm. Excellent Recovery of Fine Material One of the biggest advantages of bucket washers is their excellent recovery of material up to 200 μm.

Increasing the drain time produces a drier product, which means discharging less sellable material into the tailings impoundment. Therefore, the tailings impoundment requires less maintenance, saving time and money.
